GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• 01 automatic working station with single blocking die
• loading and unloading of the tank by pushing it on a roller integrated in the machine
• manual loading of 02 connectors to weld

OPERATIONS

• presence check and blocking of the tank
• drilling with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip to create the seat of 01 pump and checking of the extraction
• shearing in the pump’s seat to create the seat of 01 fuel suction unit and checking of removal of the shaving
• drilling with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip to create the seat of 01 V-connector and checking of the extraction
• drilling with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip to create the seat of 01 straight connector and checking of the extraction
• hot plate welding with monitoring of the measure of 01 V-connector
• hot plate welding with monitoring of the measure of 01 straight connector
• automatic ejection of chips and shavings into a removable box placed under the machine
• good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light
