- loading by means of anthropomorphic robot of the tank into the holding die
- manual loading of the valves into the plateau-loader
- automatic drawing of the valve directly by the welding device
- welding of the valve to the tank: hot-plate welding with automatic adaptation of the welding parameter
- marking of the faulty articles
HOT-PLATE WELDING DEVICE
- differential managing of the temperature on the article side and on the element side
- maximum temperature of the hot-plate: 400°
- automatic adaptation of the melting parameter of the article and of the joining parameter of the element, with elimination of the articles that do not comply with the coupling parameters and tolerances that have been set
- possibility to change coupling parameters and tolerance on the operator panel
- mechanical adjustment of the melting parameter of the element with possibility to carry out changes manually
- pneumatic adjustment of the different melting and joining parameters of the components with the possibility to adjust them on the operator panel
