GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
- 7 working stations
- loading of the article by means of an anthropomorphic robot to unload the blow-molding machine
- automatic transfer of the article from one station to the following one by means of an aerial transfer
FINISHING OPERATIONS
- station 01: loading of the article with anthropomorphic robot
- station 02: flow test with ball testing and exclusion of the faulty articles
- station 03: insertion of the condensate outlet valve and of the o-ring
- station 04: leak test with positive pressure
- station 05: insertion of two plastic strings, binding them to the pipe and cutting the excess part by means of an anthropomorphic robot supplied with specific clamp
- station 06: presence and position checks of the assembled components and marking by incision of the good articles
- station 07: transfer of the article into the box of the good parts or bad parts according to the result of
presence and position checks
