OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 01

• presence check and blocking of the pipe
• drilling with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip to create the seat of component 01 and checking of the extraction
• drilling with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip to create the seat of component 02 and checking of the extraction
• good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 02

• presence check and blocking of the pipe
• hot plate welding of component 01 on the pipe
• hot plate welding of component 02 on the pipe
• internal cleaning of the pipe by means of blow of ionized air and suction of the chips
• marking by engraving of a dot on the good articles
• good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

MANUAL OPERATIONS

• unloading of the machined pipe from station 02
• transferring of the semi-finished pipe from station 01 to station 02
• loading of a pipe to machine on station 01
• loading of 02 components to weld in the respective welding units of station 02
• starting of the automatic cycle
