    OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 01
    • presence check and blocking of the pipe
    • checking of the internal diameter of the female end by means of fitting/not-fitting plug test
    • boring for the creation of 01 metal ring’s seat
    • 02 drilling processes with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip and checking of the extraction
    • punching of the pawl on the female end
    • deburring by means of thermos-shrinking of the burrs in the boring area
    • pressure insertion of 01 metal ring
    • good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

     

    OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 02
    • presence check and blocking of the pipe
    • hot plate welding with automatic adjustment of the welding parameters of 02 components on the pipe
    • cleaning of the pipe by means of blow of ionized air and suction of the chips
    • good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

     

    OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 03
    • presence check and blocking of the pipe
    • leak test with positive pressure on the pipe
    • ink pad marking of the batch number
    • good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

    • unloading of the machined pipe from station 03
    • transferring of the semi-finished pipe from station 02 to station 03
    • transferring of the semi-finished pipe from station 01 to station 02
    • loading of a pipe to machine on station 01
    • loading of 01 metal ring on station 01
    • loading of 02 components to weld on station 02
    • starting of the automatic cycle
