OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 01
- presence check and blocking of the pipe
- internal boring and front flattening at one end to create 01 metal ring’s seat
- 02 drilling processes with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip and checking of the extraction
- dimensional check of the internal diameter by means of fitting/non-fitting plug test
- pressure insertion of 01 metal ring
- punching of the pawl on the female end
- deburring by means of thermo-shrinking of the burrs in the ring area
- good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light
OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 02
- presence check and blocking of the pipe
- hot plate welding with automatic adjustment of welding parameters of 01 component on the pipe
- cleaning of the pipe by means of a blow of ionized air and suction of the chips
- good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

- presence check and blocking of the pipe
- leak test with positive pressure of the pipe
