    • 03 automatic working stations with single blocking die
    • customized fixture for machine with interchangeable fixture GS-014-TL with double safety window
    • station 01 on the left safety window; station 02 and station 03 on the right safety window

     

    OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 01
    • presence check and blocking of the pipe
    • internal boring and front flattening at one end to create 01 metal ring’s seat
    • 02 drilling processes with fingernail-shaped tool for the extraction of the chip and checking of the extraction
    • dimensional check of the internal diameter by means of fitting/non-fitting plug test
    • pressure insertion of 01 metal ring
    • punching of the pawl on the female end
    • deburring by means of thermo-shrinking of the burrs in the ring area
    • good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

     

    OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 02
    • presence check and blocking of the pipe
    • hot plate welding with automatic adjustment of welding parameters of 01 component on the pipe
    • cleaning of the pipe by means of a blow of ionized air and suction of the chips
    • good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

     

    OPERATIONS OF AUTOMATIC STATION 03
    • presence check and blocking of the pipe
    • leak test with positive pressure of the pipe
    • ink-pad marking of the batch number
    • good article signalled by a green light; faulty article signalled by a red light

    • unloading of the machined pipe from station 03
    • transferring of the semi-finished pipe from station 02 to station 03
    • transferring of the semi-finished pipe from station 01 to station 02
    • loading of a pipe to finish on station 01
    • loading of 01 component to weld on the welding unit of station 02
    • loading of 01 metal ring on station 01
    • starting of the automatic cycle
