Quick change and automatic recognition of the installed welding and drilling fixture. Possibility to carry out also other finishing and testing operations.

    • minimum switch time for the joining after the end of the warming: < 1,5 seconds
    • automatic adaptation of the melting parameter of the article and of the joining parameter of the element, with elimination of the articles that do not comply with the coupling parameters and tolerances that have been set
    • possibility to change coupling parameters and tolerance on the operator panel
    • mechanical adjustment of the melting parameter of the element with possibility to carry out changes manually
    • pneumatic adjustment of the different melting and joining parameters of the components with the possibility to adjust them on the operator panel

    • the drilling with helical shaped tool is carried out when the mechanical and dimensional characteristics of the components do not allow the drilling with fingernail-shaped tool
    • drilling with helical shaped tool: if necessary the articles must be cleaned from the chips and de-flashed manually
    • drilling with fingernail-shaped tool: automatic extraction of the chip-disk and confirmation of the extraction by means of optic check
