WELCOME TO THE FUTURE OF PLASTIC: THREE TECHNOLOGIES, ONE MACHINE

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE OF PLASTIC: THREE TECHNOLOGIES, ONE MACHINE

April 2019 – GS FINISHING MACHINES promotes the launch of the new and revolutionary trivalent welding technology for thermoplastic articles: the integration of three welding methods on the same compact machine, characterized by an ergonomic clean line design.

Why making this choice?

The market is impressively growing, and so does the competition regarding welding methods. The machines need to be faster, more reliable, performing and, of course, cheaper. However, in order to stand out, the companies don’t need to chase the progress, but they need to move it up.

How to do so?

NOW that’s possible! With the new TRIVALENT you can choose between three different welding methods with a fast amortization of the investments.
THREE is the solution to achieve perfection, a philosophy for GS FINISHING MACHINES that is reflected on the uniqueness of this product.
Hot-plate Welding, Localized Infrared Welding and Spin-Welding are the 3 technologies in the same compact space: in less than 15 minutes it is possible to change the customized welding tool and to easily switch the welding method, a huge benefit to manage different production processes with the same machine in the shortest time.
The Companies experts in molding of thermoplastic articles for automotive, medical and white-goods industries will not have to decline any work due to a lack of suitable technology. On the contrary, they wiil be ready to deal with new customer’s inquiries and satisfy them also in case of unexpected modifications of the productive processes.
The Hot-Plate Welding enables to weld articles not perfectly repeatable or with irregular welding areas; the Infrared Welding method is characterized by its cleanliness and precision since the regular welding areas have always the same distance to the emitter; while the Spin-Welding, being cheap and extremely fast, represents the best method to solidly weld those articles with circular welding areas. These technical features emphasize the versatility of this advanced technology: the same machine allows to weld articles dimensionally different, both repeatable and with a circular shape, with no distinction between the fields of application.
